Power comes into these meters from an overhead line and then is distributed to individual homes, some a few hundred yards distant, via power lines strung on the fence posts next to the road. These lines appear to be about 14 gauge wire for whole house power and if there is a breaker box besides on this pictured panel, I didn’t see one.
