Last summer we stayed in Arizona because Cathy was receiving treatment for lung cancer. This summer we are again stuck in Yuma because of Covid. We went to South America early in 2020 but canceled another three trips this year – to the west coast of Costa Rica, a road trip through the southeastern USA, and a cruise through the Panama Canal. Summer in Yuma, Arizona is an unpleasant time. You are limited to air conditioned spaces with only short interludes outdoors. A few days ago, we had a high of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. And since Cathy is still compromised due to the chemotherapy, we stay home. The only time we get out is late in the evening when it cools enough to put the top down on the BMW and go for a drive. Hence, the dearth of pictures.
