This really is a cool stadium. The whole area is baseball. There are statues on the street, memorabilia in the sports bars, and motivated fans everywhere. Unfortunately, the stadium itself has to be one of the most uncomfortable ever. I love the history, but the seats are way too small and excruciating to sit in. I’m thinking Boston fans have a ton of hard bark to watch a game in Fenway.
We actually stayed in New England another week just to attend a Bosox game. We paid $52 per seat and ended up leaving early because the seat was killing my back. I’ve been in a lot of ballparks and Fenway is far and away the most uncomfortable and the most appealing.
